2. Hosting and server logs

The website is intended to be hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. To deliver pages and maintain security, the web server processes technical request data. Depending on its configuration, this can include your IP address, the time and requested URL, response status, referring URL and browser information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The exact fields and retention period of the host’s logs must be checked in the hosting configuration before publication. Logs are retained only as required for operating and protecting the website and then deleted or anonymised, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

3. Calculator and downloads

The time conversion calculations run in your browser. Values entered into the calculator are not sent to us. Download requests are handled by the web server and may appear in the server logs described above. There are no user accounts, comments or contact forms.

4. Contact by email or telephone

When you contact us, we process the contact details and content you provide to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry concerns steps before a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding. We delete inquiries when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties or the need to handle legal claims.

5. Analytics

This website currently does not use Matomo, Google Analytics or another analytics service. We do not record calculator usage or input values.

6. Google AdSense advertising

We use Google AdSense to display and measure advertising on the calculator and Excel guide pages. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you visit those pages, your browser loads the AdSense script from Google. Google and its advertising partners may process your IP address, browser and device information, page visits and interactions with ads. They may place or read cookies, use similar technologies or web beacons, and use information from visits to this and other websites to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted by your choice.

For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use the Google AdSense “Privacy & messaging” European regulations message to present advertising purposes, partners, legal bases and consent choices. You may reject optional purposes and change or withdraw your choice later using the “Privacy and cookie settings” link that Google displays on pages with AdSense. On this website the AdSense code is used on the calculator and Excel guide; those pages provide access to that link. Processing that requires your consent is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG where applicable. Other processing and legal bases are identified in the consent message.

Advertising partners and their retention periods can vary with the settings and your choice; the current partner list, purposes and further details are shown in the consent message. Information may be transferred to countries outside the EEA, including the United States; details of the recipients and applicable safeguards are available in the message and Google’s privacy policy. You can also manage personalised advertising through Google’s My Ad Center.

7. External links

When you follow a link to another website, its operator is responsible for processing data there. Following a link does not send values from the calculator fields.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), and portability (Article 20). You can object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future. Use the contact details above to exercise these rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein (ULD), datenschutzzentrum.de.

9. Updates

We will update this policy whenever the website’s data processing changes. The version published on this page applies when you visit.
